UNIT – I (2500sq.ft in an area of 3 acres)

  • Fully automated mould handling with ARPA 450 machine along with fully automatic Sand Plant from Shree Shakti
    Equipment Company.
  • Casting weight ranging from 2kg to 105kg.
  • Material Grades : CI – FG20, FG25, FG30
    SG – 400/12, 500/7, 600/3, 700/2
  • Box size of 24” x 30”.

Specification

1) Furnace - IGBT Induction furnace Inductotherm- 500kg, 500kw.
2) DISA mixer - Capacity 500kg/batch & 15T/hr with Auto Water Addition System.
3) DISA moulding machine - ARPA 450.
4) Cold Box Core shooter .

i) 30kg fully automatic universal cold box core shooter with max size of 450 x 600 x 150 x 150mm.
ii) 5kg fully automatic Horizontal cold box core shooter.

5) Sand plant - Fully Automatic Sand Plant from Shree Shakti Equipment Company.

i. Capacity : 20 T/hr(present & can be expanded to 30T/hr).
ii. Additive Charging to Mixer : Auto with Load Cell.
iii. Cooler : Fluidized Bed Type.
iv. Mold Handling : Automated with Pusher System.
v. Knock Out : Hydraulic Punch-out System.
vi. Pouring Line : Monorail System.

6) Shot blast

i. Hanger type with 1 Ton Capacity from Indabrator.
ii. Nozzle type hand blasting unit to clean sand from intricate areas.

8) Generator : 320kVA furnace duty from Cummins India Ltd.

UNIT – II (3000sq.ft in an area of 5 acres)

  • Sogemi Make continuous mixer with Sand reclamation.
  • Semi automatic green sand moulding line with machine moulding.
  • Casting Weight : 2kg to 500kg.
  • Material Grades : CI – FG20, FG25, FG30
    SG – 400/12, 500/7, 600/3, 700/2
  • Box size : 15” x 15” to 30” x 36”.

Specification

1) Furnace : 350kg 250kw.
2) Cupola with wet scrubber : 30” – 4 Ton/hour.
3) Sogemi continuous mixer : 10Ton/hour.
4) Sand Reclamation : 5Ton/hour.
5) Cold Box core shooter with 30kg capacity.
6) Two set of each, DT3-Superior, APM2 and WHPL3 : Moulding machine.
7) Sand Muller : two 250kg.
8) Sand Mixer : 300kg.
